Christmas Gift Idea: DIY Chocolate Pizza

I always look at the gourmet chocolate pizzas in Fenwicks food section and think they would be amazing stocking filler for a chocolate lover (or even someone difficult to buy for), but they seem really expensive for what they are. I decided I would try to make one at home and then I could decorate it any way I want to fit the occasion. The pizza turned out amazing and looked exactly like the ones in the shop, so I thought that I would share it with all of you.

All you need to do is find a round tin the size you want your pizza to be and fill it with any melted chocolate and toppings you like! I used dark and milk chocolate and chose marshmallows, malteasers, and grated chocolate and coconut to top it. I also drew in the lines showing the slices to make it look more like a Pizza.

It’s extremely simple to make the chocolate pizza suit any occasion or person and is a great aternative to a box of chocolates!

Why not give it a try?

All Things Christmas

I absolutely adore this time of year. Fairy lights and decorations are scattered everywhere and everyone seems to be a lot more cheerful. The few weeks leading up to Christmas always seem to last a long time, but once it’s here its over in a flash and you’re thrown back into reality with a few more pounds under your belt. It’s all worth it though for Christmas morning when everyone is sitting together opening their presents.

Whats your favourite thing about christmas?
